Abstract

Sunshine Beyond 2020 Principal Activity Centre Structure Plan Sunshine Principal Activity Centre Structure Plan Sunshine is an important community, commercial and transport centre in the City of Brimbank. Council has prepared a structure plan for the central area of Sunshine setting out how land should be used and developed in the future. Council adopted the Sunshine Beyond 2020 Principal Activity Centre Structure Plan on 28 November 2006.
