Abstract

The focus of this project was on how to improve transport for people with disabilities, the frail aged and the carers of both groups. However, the final model has taken a broader view. As a result the La Trobe Valley is poised to implement a more comprehensive community transport service. The model presented by this research can be used broadly across the community, allowing other community groups to be added to the system, now, or in the future. [Country: Australia]
