Abstract
ECLIPSE is one of the 24 projects funded under the European Commission Second Trans-national Exchange Program (TEP). The aim of this second TEP is to promote and support mutual learning between EU Member States and accession countries. ECLIPSE will address the issue of transport impacts on social exclusion and will build on the conclusions of the MATISSE project which highlighted the important impacts that lack of transport can have on social exclusion.
